Your day, as it happens
It opens on today, with the period you’re standing in tagged Now and the finished ones faded back. Recess, lunch and home time are rows, and your duty prints beside the break it falls in.
Worksheets and activities
Say what they’re practising and who it’s for: the whole class, a group, or the three who need another go. Pip writes the sheet from your own plans, with the answer key.
Newsletters
Tap Went well, Another go or Ran out of time at the end of each lesson. Open the pad on Friday and the draft is written from those taps, with no child named in it.
The paperwork you already have
Drop in the plan you already wrote: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, a PDF, even a photo of the page. When there is no text to read, the recognition runs on your own device.

How Pip writes
Pick the tone: plain, warm, or formal enough for a principal. One tap redrafts the newsletter that way and keeps every fact. Want it every time? Say so in your standing instructions.
Standing instructions
Write your rules down once and Pip follows them in everything it writes, the chat and the Friday newsletter draft alike. “Keep the newsletter under 200 words.” “Never mention a mark to parents.”
What Pip can see
Seven switches in Settings, one for each thing Pip reads: your notes, your past pads, your plans, your timetable, the adjustments a child needs. Turn one off and Pip says so under the draft.
Colours and theme
It turns up plain, which is what you want on a projector. Light or dark, and an accent colour for the whole pad: fern, blueberry, seafoam, mango and four more.
